Surviving Winter

This fund is now fully allocated and closed to new applications.
Thanks to the generosity of those making donations to this scheme, we have been able to fund a number of groups working to alleviate the effects of the cold weather for the elderly and vulnerable.
The Surviving Winter scheme is designed to support groups working to alleviate the problems faced by older and vulnerable people affected fuel poverty this winter.
Originally inspired by individuals who wanted to donate their Winter Fuel Payment to support the less fortunate, the project has now spread to anyone who wants to donate including individuals and businesses.
