 This fund is now close and is not accepting new applications.

The CPP Community Charity Fund supports projects and group that make a real difference to local people.

In 2011 this fund supported a variety of projects from supporting the provision of work experience for disadvantaged individuals and a safe place for young people to stay in the city of York, to refurbishing and improving a variety of early years and pre-school groups.

Available for/ to
  • Small local charities, community groups and projects in York, North and East Yorkshire, Tamworth, Chesterfield and Timperley.
Restrictions (if applicable)
  • Priority will be given to projects local to a CPP office or within commuting distance (it is rare therefore that help would be given to groups based more than 30 miles from a CPP office). Location of CPP offices are:
    • Holgate Park, York, YO26 4GA
    • Centurion Court, Centurion Way, Tamworth, B77 5PN 
    • Future Walk, West Bars, Chesterfield, S49 1PF
    • Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ
